Foreskin Restoration

I'm not sure how familiar anyone is with this subject but I'm currently in the process of manual foreskin restoration using a TLC device.
My main concern is end result look will be too loose and not tapered and drawn up over the glans (glands) like a normal foreskin due to the lack of a frenar band.

Is there some method I could pursue to restore that type of look/function?  And cosmetic is only a secondary concern, more important is that it functions correctly.

Is anyone familiar with anything relevant to this?

There is a way to tighten it.A doctor can make 3 or 4 small transverse incisions and close them vertically near the opening of your new foreskin.

Ah, and how does that tighten it?  How does the method work?

I'm pretty sure that by pulling the skin in the opposite direction it becomes tighter.Another technique I have heard of removes a v-shaped section of skin and then that is pulled together and sutured.This would also tighten it but would remove a piece of what you restored.One more is called a  circumferential purse-string suture but I do not know how that works or is done.

What would be the best way to find out everything I can about all this?  I imagine it's not something the average doctor, or surgeon for that matter would be knowledgeable on.

Q: Did he put you under?

No, he used local anesthesia, about 20 shots. I wanted to be conscious. And he was very good; he discussed what he was doing. He made a comment right before he made the first cut; he said, "This is the hardest part for me." I said, "Why?" He said, "Because it took you so long to get this new skin."

He didn't cut any of the length, he took a little "V" part out of the new frenar band I created, and closed it up.
