GYNECOMASTIA

Hello,
        This is Kalex. I hope u can help regarding this Issue. I m suffering through GYNECOMASTIA since I was 13 yr old. I've consulted a surgeon back in home town Mumbai, India. I was told for a surgery to b done. However as far as I have research about this problm, it also needs Liposuction. I m 5'9 ft inches tall and weigh 155 lbs. And I m 27 yr old guy. Is there a need to go for liposuction as well. And after removal of tissues will it come back againin future anyways???? Will I b able to do normal workouts like push ups to get in good shape???? I hope u'll respond.
