Gynecomastia Surgery

I'm having Gynecomastia surgery in a week, how long can I expect to recover and see a normal chest

This clearly should have been a subject for discussion with your surgeon (and still could be).  The answer will depend on the extent of gynecomastia and the exact procedure planned.  In general it will take four to six months for ful healing, scar maturation and the absolute final result to occur.
