Gynecomastia

I have had this condition since I was 15 though not so noticeable then. The trouble is that I am 23 now and it doesn't seem to go away. I haven't consulted any doctor/ plastic surgeon so far. Is there any way that I can avoid surgery and reduce it? Please help..

In reality, there are no non-surgical alternatives that reduce gynecomastia.  I have seen patients, for example, who have bound their chest wall for years, to no avail.  There are no drugs, to my knowledge, that will selectively cause reduction of the fat and male breast tissue creating the problem.  Liposuction alone can be a successful technique, but some patient may also require a combination of direct resection of excess breast tissue as well as liposuction.
