Hip Bone Shaving/Reduction

I currently have (what mother always called them) "battleship hips".   Is there a cosmetic procedure for shaving down the upper portion of projuding hip bones to create a smooth, sleek, thin look that melts seamlessly in the upper thigh area?

Liposuction is the standard treatment for large hips.  It would be highly unlikely and unusual that treatment of the bone would be appropriate.  Consult with a plastic surgeon to see if your problem can be improved with traditional techniques.
