I want a cleft chin and a chin augmentation

I am 52 year old non-smoker, male, with no prior medical problems and in good health.  Overall I am pleased with how I look.  I do think my chin is a little week and I have gone to one consultation for a chin augmentation.  The problem is I really want a nice deep cleft added to my chin.  It's just a choice and something that I have always wanted (and so does my partner)  I see where there are implants available to product this effect but there is very little information on the internet regarding the addition of a cleft.    I see one site in India and one in the Philipines that do the cleft chin addition.  I see the implants from various supply houses.  But, when I ask surgens in the Denver area I get a blank stare.  This seems like a simple procedure, just add a silicone implant than suture the skin down to the bone to form the cleft.  Can you steer me in the right direction here and give me more information?
