Implant wont drop

Hi there,
I had a breast aug 17months ago, and my right implant is still alot higher than the left. I asked my dr and he said to try pushing it down a few times a day cause it may be a muscle thing. FYI i had high profiles under the muscle implanted through the fold. Is it still likely to be cause by a tight muscle 17 months on? It's not sore to touch or move either.

The higher position of the implant on the right is due to asymmetry of your implant pocket.  This may be a result of capsule contracture or asymmetrical creation of the pockets at the time of surgery.  In either case, the only solution is reoperation and repositioning.  Massaging the implants and pockets will not be successful at this stage.
