Increase in hip and pant size after TT

I had a full TT on Jan 23, 2007, I have gone up a pant size, sometimes 2 pant sizes.  My hips feel and look huge compared to what they were.  I work out 5 days a week, running, wieghts(light weight/more reps).  Help, is this normal????? I weighed pre op 130, post op 145.  What happened???

Well, to be perfectly blunt, if, in fact, you now weigh 15 pounds more than you did pre-op, you have clearly gained weight!   It is not the result of your surgery which removes tissue.  While exercise is great, particularly cardio exercise, diet is equally if not more important.  Do an honest diet diary and check your caloric intake.

I eat 5 small meals through out the day.  I go to PS on the 27th we will see what he says.  In the meantime a diet journal will be started, and  a nutrionist will be contacted.....
