Larger breasts

I developed my breasts very early in life, when I was about 8 to 9 years old.  So at 19 they have started to sag some and I have recently lost a lot of weight making them smaller.  I have heard once that women could get lypo and have the fat put in their breasts.  Is this a real thing that can be done, because I would rather do that than implants so it looks more natural.  I would like a breast enlargement along with a lift.  I don’t plan on having this done any time soon.  But I would also like to know, that if I were to have it done before I had kids, will my breasts start to sag again afterwards, So should I wait till I'm done having kids...? Any advice…?

Would it be okay to have breast implants three months after giving birth?

You raise a number of interesting questions.  Fat injections can be performed to enlarge the breasts, but the results are quite limited and unpredictable (the fat injected must be sufficient and must survive to be effective).  Breast implants are more predictable and the procedure can be performed to create a natural result.

The effect of pregnancy and breast feeding on the breasts is also not certain.  Augmenting and lift the breasts before pregnancy is not problem, but be prepared to undergo an adjustment, if unwanted shape changes occur after your family is complete.
