Lip mark/scar

Hello, 5years ago i had some frostbite or so, I don't realy know what happend but now as result i have this scar/dark mark on my upper lip. I just want to ask if is there any possibility to relieve this scar with laser treatment or with anything else?

The basic problem with what you are describing as a hyperpigmented site of your upper lip is the ability to predict and execute a treatment that will successfully treat the area to your statisfaction.  Options range from long term use of topical bleaching agents to chemical peels to lasers.  None of these is certain to eliminate the problem, but if carefully done, they may reduce the visibility of the area.  Makeup, of course, can be quite effective, but can be very time consuming to apply.
