Lip swelling, numbness and hard scars

Hello, I had a chin and lower lip reduction surgery 4 weeks ago and I am not pleased with the results achieved till now. I had a muscle lip reduction and my lip is still very numb and lots of swelling.

Is this something normal after 4 weeks or maybe there is something wrong?

The insicion scars feels very hard, is there something I can do to have more soft lips?

Can my chin bone is still sollen ans i can see some changes from the width but not from the height.. I am afraid that the surgeon just reduced the width of the bone.

Scarring is usually its worst after four weeks, so your symptoms do not seem unusual.  These concerns should be addressed by your surgeon, but it will probably take another several months before they resolve.
