Lipo for huge butt!

I want to find out what is the surgical option for reducing the size of my bottom. I'm about an average build but no matter how much time I spend in the gym or how much weight I lose, my bottom is significantly out of proportion with the rest of my body. It always has been. Even when I train really hard at the gym my upper body and back gets slim and tight to the point where I wouldn't want to lose any more weight as I would lose my breasts. I have good strong legs. But for some reason I can make little change to my bottom, love handles and upper thighs. I have often had really horrible comments made to me by strangers about its size. I can't look at myself from behind as it disgusts me when I see my bottom and I worry what people behind me may say. This gets me really down. Other than liposuction, are there any other procedures which may be a better option?

Liposuction is the only option that will actually work.  It is safe, routinely performed, and effective when done in competent hands.  There are a multitude of snake oil remedies, but they will only reduce the size of your wallet.
