Lipodissolve on the ankles

I have a question for you.   I have chubby ankles.  I am in good heath.  Im in the military so I exercise a lot and I still cant get rid of my chubby ankles.  So I decided to get lipodissolve done on them.  I was in so much pain it was horrible.  But after about a month I was back to normal again.  I noticed a little bit of a difference,  my ankles actually looked a little smaller.  I am about to go back in for my second treatment.  I was just wondering what your opinion was on getting lipodissolve done on the ankle area.  Please let me know I would really appreciate it.

While lipodissolve is promoted by many physicians, it is an off label use of chemicals that do not currently have FDA approval for this purpose.  Since the ankle area has poor blood supply and is often an area that chronic ulcers develop, I would personally be frightened to use lipodissolve in this area.
