Lipomas

What are my options to remove small lipomas before they increase in size?  I have heard of these options: surgery, liposuction, steroid injections, lipodissolve and ultrasounds.  I prefer the options that do not require incisions, what is your recommendation?

I just had eight lipomas injected with 3cc's of the lipo disolve and after 4 treatments they are now gone.  Lumps that have been there for more than 10 years! GONE!  one was the size of an egg yolk and the others were a bit smaller and in my upper thights.  The lare egg yolk was in my arm and was not pretty.  I had one removed 13 years ago and it left a ugly scar.  All this time I chose to keep the bump vs. a scar.  Now I am free of them and very happy!  

The ingrediants of the cocktail:  phosphatidyl choline, dioxycholate, l-carrnetine, lidocaine.
