Loss of middle finger

My little brother (24 yrs of age) who currently live in Philippines is going through a terrible depression due to the loss of his fingerlast week. He sich a great man with high goals in life..Since this incident happened, he has never been the same and going through a real bad case of depression and denial of what happened.. I am his older sister who currently reside here Mpls, MN. and I am asking for help to anyone who might know that is willing to help me with my brither's case.  He is suppose to finish his last year to earn his BS in Nursing but he decided not to go to school anymore nor do anything with his life.  Please please, anyone..help me.....if anyone knows who can do finger transplant for my brother, he needs you...He hasn't been himself since this happened and he hasn't been taking this well.  I don't want to his future to just vanish,,he had work so hard to go this far of his life with not one single bad habits except being a great child to my parents and great brother to me...
please,please help him..any suggestions is highly apprecaited
