Lyposuction

Ok I have hypothyroidism would you say that it's medically needed to have liposuction? Would it benefit me and how?

Hypothyroidism per se is not an indication for using liposuction.  If you have a localized area of the body that shows excess fullness due to excess fat, then liposuction is the treatment of choice.  Liposuction is not useful for weight reduction or general overall fat removal.  Your hypothyroidism would not prevent the use of liposuction.
