MRSA Infection Post Back surgery

I am 9 years post op Posterior Back Surgery with implants, with an initial case of MRSA in the hardware. What are the signs, symptoms, diagnosis of MRSA. I am having considerable abdominal pain with CT, HIDA, EGD ruling out most everything else. I am scheduled for Colonoscope but could MRSA be referring pain throughout my abdomen? Looking for help with signs and symptoms. Thank you.
