Multiple problems after chin implant/lipo

I had a chin implant and liposuction around 7 weeks ago. I cannot move or feel the right side of my chin and fear I never will. I am not hopeful and am very upset by this whole situation. I was given botox on the left side of my face to even the appearance for the mean time. The "wing" of the implant is very promiment on the left side of my face. The implant feels uneven when I touch my face and upon further inspection, looks uneven as well. I also have severe scar tissue underneath my chin. My doctor said he has never seen this happen. Would it be wise to remove the implant?? Do you have any advice? Is the inability to smile normal? Any advice? i would really appreciate it, thank you.

The surgery has affected the facial muscles that surround your chin.  In addition there could be a problem with the size and extent of the pocket in which the implant was placed. The problem will porbably resolve with time, but if not a revision of the implant pocket with surgery may be indicated.  Muscle function will likely resolve in several months.
