Otoplasty in kids

My daughter had otoplasty for her ear condition called stahl ears and ear pinning.  But it has been about ten days now and noticed that she started to walk with her face slanted to one side. Can't figure is it's because she scared of what happened to her ears or if she got a neck strain from sleeping on her back only recently.  Went to follow up with surgeon but he said it was ok???  How long should I wait intil I call my daughter's peditrician. Just to make sure there is nothing serious.
