Phentermine & Gynecomastia

Do you recommend phentermine  as a weight loss pill? I know a few friends that are a medical supervised diet, and they have lost ton of weight, but it is very expensive to see a doctor once a week to get 7 pills and do a weight in ( 90 a week)  

I'm looking to get Gynecomastia surgery done in Mexico. Can you recommend any affordable places where I can get this procedure done at?

I can only repeat the usual mantra of diet and exercise to lose weight.  Undergoing surgery away from home has significant disadvantages of limited follow-up and treatment should problems arise.  This could end up costing you more than if the procedure was performed locally.  I am often called by patients who go out of the country for surgery and are experiencing problems.  They end up paying more for follow-up care and revising procedures, than they would have if they had the procedure performed locally.

Do you perform Gynecomastia? I find that this surgery cost so much money. Do you know good doctors that perform operations on a Probono basis?

I have performed many gynecomastia resections over the years, usually using a combination of direct resection of the underlying breast tissue in combination with liposuction.  I doubt that you will find any experienced plastic surgeons performing elective surgery for no fee.  One option I often mention on this board is to explore nearby teaching hospitals with plastic surgery residency programs to see if reduced fees are available.
