Plastic surgery after Preputial plasty

I had slightly tight foreskin (I could not pull it back when erect but otherwise it was fine). I got Preputialplasty done but the doctor totally screwed it up. I believe a 4 mm cut was sufficient but he made an incision of 8 mm and that too, as it looks, is 1-2 mm wide (I believe a cut should not remove any skin). Now this has caused me immense trauma and I am not able to focus on anything in my life.

I wanted to ask you if I can get use plastic surgery to rectify this? Can I "fill up" 4mm of cut through plastic surgery? Will be it complicated? I believe that it cant be stitched together otherwise it will tighten up the foreskin.

You should consult first with a urologist who may also request a plastic surgeon to evaluate and treat your problem. It is not possible to determine the success of any procedure without a direct examination.
