Port Wine Stains

I have a medium sized port wine stain birthmark on the right side of my face, extending over my eye lid, onto my nose, above the right portion of my lip over my right temple and stops roughly about an inch from my jaw line and does not go onto the brow, I have had three PDL treatments when I was a kid. I was told three more PDL treatments and my birthmark would be "gone".  I had my last surgery in Phoenix AZ when I was 8,  I am now 24, we moved away from the area and could not find another clinic with a PDL. I would like to finish my last three surgeries but am finding it difficult to find a clinic with a PDL.  Is there a list of clinics/hospitals that have them that you can search through by state or by distance from home?  I live in Pennsylvania now any doctor or clinic recommendations would be appreciated.

Probably the best source for location of various lasers is the laser manufacturers themselves.  They know the placement of lasers in your area.
