Pro Bona Lipoma Removal

Help! I am a 59 year old male with a large Lipoma growth on the back of my head. It was first diagnosed in 2003, but it was much smaller. In 2007, a Dermatologist attempted to remove it under a local, but was unsuccessful. A biopsy was performed, and it was negative. I am unemployed and uninsured with very limited funds. I would like to have it removed as soon as possible. I live in San Bernadino, CA. Do you have any suggestions for a local Head and Neck Surgeon? Thank you.

I am not in a position to know which, if any, surgeon would be amenable to undertake a secondary revision lipoma resection (or liposuction) at little or no charge in your area.
