Pro Bono for Breast Reconstruction?

Pro Bono for Breast Reconstruction?

Since I was 13 I've had deformed breasts. The right one is almost two cups larger than the left, and it also sags.
I've been ridiculed and humiliated my whole teen life. I'm scared to wear a bathing suit, and bra shopping is a nightmare.
Is there any way I could get pro bono work done? I don't have the money to fix this, but it's emotionally scarred me. I know I would feel better if I could have normal breasts, and not despise myself every time I look in the mirror.
I'm in Sacramento, CA.

Your problem can be corrected.  If you have medical insurance, it may be possible to obtain coverage.  It is highly unlikely that any surgeon would perform this complex procedure procedure at no charge.  In addition, there is no operating room facility or anesthesiologist that would likely agree to cover this at no charge.  You might try UC Davis Medical Center plastic surgery service to see if they would do the procedure under their resident training service for a reduced charge.
