Question about reconstructive surgery after benign breast lump removal

I'm a 23 year old with a golf ball sized benign breast lump in my right breast only. I don;t have large breasts, and since the lump is the size of a golf ball, I'm afraid that the the difference will be completely noticeable if the cyst needs to be removed. Do most insurance companies cover reconstructive surgeries that don't involve a mastectomy and if I don't just want one breast to feel different than the other one because of the implant, is it possible to get both done?

Many insurance companies will pay for reconstructive surgery including alteration of the opposite side.  In California, this is mandated by law.
