Repairing gauges, ripples, and deformities

I had liposuction on my thighs two years ago which left my body deformed. I asked not to have anything removed from my buttocks, and on both sides fat was removed. I now have gauges on both sides, and when I squeeze my buttocks together it looks like I have holes on both sides. Can this be fixed?

I also have ropples all over my inner and outer thighs, and bulges on my inner knees. I cannot wear a bathing suit any longer, and need to know if this can be fixed???

It is possible to improve your shape.  A revision of the liposuctioned areas can be performed with fat grafting and selective additional liposuction to correct the irregularities you describe.

I would like to fix it but I'm having trouble finding an experienced plastic surgeon in the Toronto area. I have checked many web sites, but most doctors have one or two pictures. Though they are all qualified how do I know what doctor to choose? I also don't see any doctors mentioning fat grafting on their sites, and have not seen any revision pictures.

It would be unusual to post revision liposuction pictures on web sites, and web photos are a poor basis to select a surgeon.  I would seek a referral from your primary care physician or select several surgeons to interview who have been in practice for some time , have extensive liposuction experience, and you feel comfortable with after discussing your problem.  Be sure they are real certified plastic surgeons and not physicians practicing liposuction from other specialties who have taken weekend courses.
