Reverse Tram Flap

You have said that a doc can reverse a tram flap procedure, do you know of any in the US who do? My abdomen is cone shaped, my flap failed , 3/4 becoming necrotic, I am left with a small lump covered by skin graphs.

Your history is quite complex.  There is no such thing as "reversal of a TRAM flap."  Do you really want to undergo another surgical procedure?  Additional reconstruction of the breast is possible with either a free micro-vascular TRAM flap from another area (like the buttocks) or a pedicled reconstruction with a latissimus flap and implant.  Your abdominal wall defect is probably a result of loss of structural support from use of the rectus muscle for your original TRAM.  Repair of this lost of support "hernia" can possibly be achieved with a artificial mesh abdominal wall reconstruction.  There are plenty of experienced plastic surgeons in the Florida area who can help.  An alternative would be a consultation at a nearby university hospital with plastic surgery division. A senior faculty member could give you expert advise.
