Risk of saddle nose after septoplasty

I had a septoplasty on March 1, 2011 to correct a deviated septum.  I have not experienced any significant issues thus far; however I am scared that I will develop a "saddle nose" deformity because of the procedure.  How long until the risk of developing this deformity has passed?
