Scar tissue

Hi doctor,

5 years ago, I had facelift, necklift, eyebrow lift, midface lift, and lower lids, and chin implant  done. I have scar tissue all over  my face. Even at the side of my nose where he says he didn't touch. AS for the chin, he put a jaw which I asked him to remove it just after a month after the operation. I had ultrasound for almost a year and half,with minimum results. Now I am doing cold laser, I am on my fourth month, there is improvement all over the face, but still there bumps here and there. My jaw line is messed up, my PS says it not his fault, I produce scar tissue badly. If so why one side is less damaged and does not look so bad while the other side is horrible, with one inch line stickingg deep under the jaw pulling the skin and forming millions lines and and bumps. The other doctor who does the cold laser says it will take time but almost most of them will be out. First, I would like to know if cold laser has side effects if it does what are they? second question do you thnik cold laser will work really? Third question, what can you advise me? Fourth, I have a lot of pain, could you tell me if when scar tissues desolve produce pain? Fifth if they do, is it good sign, does mean it is healing? Cold lasers do help scars, but the results can be unpredictable.  I am not aware of any significant side effects.  Without seeing your scars, it would not be possible to advise you of any alternative therapies.  I often recommend that patients with chronic pain following a surgical procedure be seen at a multispecialty pain clinic for a consultation.
