Scarring

My boyfriend had veins in his nose treated with laser.  Unfortunately he was left with burns and scars all over his nose.  What can we do to help the scars heal?

The proper use of proper laser should not do this.  Over time, the scars should partially or completely resolve.  He would need to be examined and information about how long since the procedure would be required to give a more precise answer.
