Severe coughing after surgery

I had BA 10 days ago. Mentor silicone 325cc. 3 days later my wrap was removed. Two days later I developed a high fever and chest infection with heavy coughing. I was already on the antibiotic keflex that my PS had prescribed for post op. After not feeling better I went to a GP and had a chest x-ray ruling out pneumonia and received more antibiotics. My question is, now I have been coughing heavily for the past 6 days, can this cause any harm to the implants? I have been wearing a second bra for extra support, and I am not scheduled to see my PS for another month. I hate to be unnecessarily worried, but all the coughing has been really painful and a little unnerving. Thank you for any input.
