Silicone cohesive implants

Hello Dr... Please could you tell me on how many years  Siliocone cohesive implants would last on a average healthy lady?

As with any saline or silicone gel implant, there is a small but real risk of implant failure.  Each manufacturer will state some per cent possible rupture rate over a specific period of time for particulr implants.  For example, Allergan reports an MRI detected rupture rate of 2.7% (our of 455 patients) with a four year follow-up in primary augmentation patients for their gel-filled implants.  For specific implant potential rupture rates, I recommend you view the manufacturer's web site.
