Hi Howard,

I am 28 year old and Currently I am in US for official visit. I have undergone neck sugery in India 1 yr back as I had cold absys (abscess) (swollen glands) which left a long cut mark on my neck.

I want remove that mark is it possible? Please let me know the feasability I can also send you pictures of my neck.

For an accurate appraisal of the possibility to improve your scar, you should consult with a plastic surgeon where you are now residing.  While photos are helpful, a direct examination is much better and you can obtain the exact cost for such a revision.
