Sponge Bob Square Gut

I quit smoking 2 1/2 yrs ago  and since then  I have put on about 30 to 40  pounds , even though I do not eat any more then I did when I was smoking  I probably even eat less,  but as a treat for myself  a yr after I quit  I went in for a tummy tuck  to get rid of all the excess skin and  flatten  my tummy up from having kids,  Now although I dont have a bunch of excess skin ,  my tummy  looks square , my hips my waist and my ribs all blend in together, I use to have curves  now nothing, also  when I wake up in the morning my tummy is  flat and rock hard and by the time i go to bed  i  look 6 month pregnant , Im getting sick of being asks  how far along I am  when Im not. this is why I had the surgery to start with. what  is wrong ???

I dont know if any lipo was done  but I couldnt stand up straight  for close to 2 weeks I dont know if thats from the skin being pulled down or  from  my tummy being tightened, all i know is I use to have rocken curves  even with the excess  fat and skin  and now I look like   Im square ,  Im gonna try to drop some weight over   the  winter to see  if that helps  if not i guess im dishin out  another   couple grand  to   fix it ,as for the  preop photos  I dont know if I can upload them on here  or not, I will look into that...... It is hard to diagnose your shape problem without an examination and a review of your pre-op photos.  I doubt that there is something "wrong", but I wonder if there is sufficient rectus abdominal fascial tightening or if any liposuctiuon performed at the time of surgery was either too aggressive or not aesthetically appropriate.
