Sudden Wrinkling of Arms

Sudden Wrinkling of Arms

I am a 46 year old female, I work out 2 times a week, and eat pretty healthy.  I was overweight 5years ago, lost about 50 lbs.  I am 5' tall and I have really started seeing my elasticity in my skin change over the last year.  I have wrinkles on my forearms that I never had before and sagging.  I do take a fluid pill when needed for water retention.  Could this be causing me to be dehydrated all of a sudden.  I have been taking this fluid pill for years and never had problems with  my skin before.  What is the best way to hydrate your skin and how long does this take for it to show?  My skins looks like a 60 years old on my arms, please help!!

Inner arm wrinkling is the result of weight loss, genetics, and aging.  No form of hydration will result in permanent effective correction.  Whether surgery would be appropriate and helpful can only be determined after an examiantion and thorough discussion.
