Symmastia tx

I had breast implant less than a month and I have symmastia ( under muscle saline). I had different opinions. Since I jus had them , would it be better to remove the implants ASAP and have them replaced under muscle in few months? I don't feel comfortable with the internal suture.

At about one month, the capsule surrounding the implants has already formed.  There may be some healing and elimination of the pocket if the implants are removed and later replaced, allowing better positioning.  There is a better option.  I agree that sutures are not the answer.  I have had great success with a one stage procedure, creating a "neo-pocket"  over the existing old pocket and limiting the extent of the medial dissection.  the current implants are then immediately placed in this new pocket and sutures are not relied upon to hold the implants in their proper position.

Thank you so much  for your reply! by "neo-pocket"  in my case, you mean from under muscle to above the muscle? and do I need to wait more months for the second surgery?

I mean a new "neo-pocket" still under the muscle, but above the existing scar tissue capsule.  It would be best to wait for several months to allow full maturation of your existing surgery before proceeding with more surgery.
