The skin that wont go anywhere

Hello my name is michelle and I've battled many surgeries through the last 8 years, including 2 c sections, gallbladder removal, and a full hysterectomy and more.  Never the less my weight has gone from anywhere to 250 to 150.  Right now Im at 162 which I think is respectable considereing  I'm 5'8, I the skin thats hanging at my belly is painfull.  Is there anything that I can do to about this besides a tummy tuck?  Obviously the cost of these are at least 5000 and that not something that I have to shell out. I work out about 5 days a week and still have seen no results and Im at my witts end at this point.  Please help

There is no way to fully recommend a treatment modality without a direct examination.  There are various external and internal devices that have limited benefit in tightening your skin (often using some form of radiofrequency energy).  But, if you have significant skin laxity the expense and results of these treatments may be highly disappointing.  If you have not done so, I would consult with a local plastic surgeon.  If your loss of skin elasticity is significant, be prepared to hear that a surgical skin tightening procedure like a tummy tuck may be the only option to achieve anything close to the result you desire.
