Tram Flap post surgery swelling

I had a Tram Flap reconstruction surgery on my left breast using my abdominal tissues 5 weeks ago. I did some light housework yesterday and I noticed a marked increase in swelling on my reconstructed breast with what appears to be a bump on my chest above the flap in the evening. It was slightly red & felt a little firm yesterday with some pain. Today it does not hurt & it doesn't feel firm but it is swollen. Is this something I should be fairly concerned over?  Could this be a sign of a flap failure?
