Tramp Flap problem

How would it work to have a the tram flap disconnected, I am not even sure how to say it.  I feel like I have 3 boobs when I eat.  I hate it, can you tell him what can be done if anything

I presume you have had a pedicled TRAM flap using the rectus muscle as its blood supply (which rolls beneath the skin over the rib cage).  It is far from clear what you are defining as a third "boob."  Is this the muscle protrusion as it comes over the rib cage, is it weakness in you abdominal wall with distention as a result of the muscle harvest and abdominal wall weakness, or is it some form of deformity of the chest wall post breast reconstruction?  In any case, seeing your original surgeon is your best alternative to helping you with determining what is your problem and how it can be addressed.
