Tummy tuck and hypertension

I have hypertension.  I am not obese, smoker etc.. but it seems to be genetic from my mother.   I want a tummy tuck because after 2 csections my stomach doesnt look nice and I am real self concious.  My BP is real unpredicable, it can shoot up to 181/110 so easy, which it did after both csections.  I am so afraid my BP will go crazy and I might have a stroke.

Is there a procedure to help the stomach look nicer without a full tummy tuck?  I have a vertical scar and a dent, I also would like to get rid of some love handles and a pouch.  I always had a great stomach all my life.. it's so hard living like this now.

The issue of surgery and hypertension is related to anesthesia, it is not necessarily related to the exact procedure you have performed.  If this elective surgery is something that is clearly important to you, you need to coordinate your care with both your primary care physician and the anesthesiologist involved in whatever procedure is selected as best for you.
