UAL lipo or tumescent?

I have consulted with two surgeons regarding body contouring.  I am a healthy 30 yo male and have some pockets of fat that I cannot get to go away.  These are in the waist and love handles.  Additionally, I have pseudogynocomastia.  Both surgeons agree lipo will provide excellent results.  

One surgeon uses an external ultrasound device to assist the fat breakdown during the traditional tumescent surgical process.  The second surgeon only uses tumecent.  Both have good reputations.  Also, the surgeon proposing the UAL includes six sessions of "endermologie" (which I;ve seen advertised as non surgical lipo).  

I'd appreciate any insight regarding technique and the endermologie.

I personally do not use external ultrasound to assist with liposuction.  I believe that the use of this devise does not significantly contribute to the results of the procedure, but have no objections to its use.  The same is true with the use of endermologie (a form of massage with a combination of rollers and suction).  The use of massage after liposuction can be helpful, but is optional.

Based on what you asked, I believe the results of the procedure could easily be equal with or without the external devices and is probably more dependent on the skill and attention to detail of each surgeon.
