Ugly Knees

I have always had knoby knees.  I recently lost weight and they look really bad, very boney, especially at the base of the knees. I have small calves so they really stand out.

Is they any way to add fat to my knees to make them look more appealing? For that matter my calves also?

While fat injections can be performed on these areas, it is quite unusal to do so.  The risk would be very limited improvement in the treated areas.

I never had bad looking knees till a couple of years ago (I just turned 45). Now they look 'knobby' and very wrinkled when I stand up. Since childhood, I have always sat 'Indian style' (still do very comfortably...habit) and it seems to have stretched out my skin so much that I now have excess skin and can no longer wear shorts or skirts without feeling very self conscious about my knees looking like big old knobby prunes. Is there anything that can be done? I heard that Demi Moore had her knees done for about $4000. Is that the going price? Or is there exercises or some other option I can try? Thanks :)

Treatment of excess skin and loose skin about the knees, while a relatively common problem, is not one that lends itself to successful results.  A rumor or assertion that some celebrity had a procedure is not often based in reality.
