Ultrasound Breast

I have recently had an ultrasound as my left breast seems to be so much larger then my right breast all of a sudden. There are some tender spots in my left breast. The results of the scan said No cysts nor masses nor duct dilation nor stromal distortion could be seen. There is however a single lymph node in the left axilla. Can you help me with what that means? I was only looking to see if I could have the large breast reduced to match my other more normal breast now I am worried.

In the absence of any other findings, the lymph node (a normal location in the axilla) is probably not significant.  If you haven't had a complete physical exam recently, you should undergo that with standard lab work.  Reduction of the larger breast could potentially be achieved with liposuction alone.
