Visible light blue veins on the legs

When I was in my pre school year I've noticed I have a  three inches  light blue vein  on the right side of my knee, at that time I was so  conscious about it. But as I grew older i forgot about it, and had been receiving complement for having "beautiful legs",  For the past 11 months  I've been wearing  about 2 to 3 inches  shoes,  almost 4 x a week. Then just two weeks ago, I've noticed that  the  light blue veins on my right knee is getting started to protrude..
Of course, I m not happy to see it. Coz I love wearing above the knee skirts and feel comfortable more when I 'm in dress. What am I gonna do? How can I  stop it? Also, few years back, when I gave birth to my  child, I've noticed I have this web like veins on the back of my left leg, but it's not  that visible yet , it's just that, i want to have it removed. Tell me , what I should do about it. Thanks!

Treatment of leg veins can be performed by injection of sclerosing agents into the veins and external lasers that work specifically for leg veins.  In addition, treatment of underlying venous insufficiency of the deep venous system may be appropriate.  The use if internal lasers can now be used in place of traditional vein stripping.  You need to consult with a vascular surgeon or plastic surgeon in your area with expertise in this area.

Thank you so much for your response, U know what ? I  just had my legs checked, and  it's not a varicose vein. It looks  visible becasue of my complexion, the doctor told me not to worry about it coz it's far from varicose veins. Though she gave me some tips on how I can avoid it.
