Whats wrong with my right Shoulder/right breast/right lower ribs? Breast sollen, armpit swollen, axilla lump, upper abdominal & lower right rib area pain

In 2002 an enlarged lymph node was found on ultrasound of R axilla/breast.

in 2005 I had Cohesive silicone breast implants under muscle.
Implants were replaced in 2006 due to one sitting higher than the other. Were replaced over muscle.

Axilla pain increased.
2007 ultrasound showed lymph had grown - FNA showed silicone and macrophages in lymph node.
After the FNA the pain became intense in the lymph node.

Pain continued and began interrupting my sleep.

Yr later another FNA and Dr decided to remove node in May 2011.

I noticed swelling in right arm pit and breast. The pain is increasing and i've noticed swelling at base of armpit towards my back. I have pain and discomfort in my shoulder too.

Had an MRI in July - implants were intact.

August - Severe stabbing pains upper area of right breast.
DR says "wait for surgery - must be due to the implants".

Surgeon who has agreed to remove implants told me "if silicone is in my body implants need to come out quickly.  Also states 'Silicone can not do this to the body. Doesn't cause these side effects."

Why does my right breast keep getting bigger, pain is now going into my right lower rib/stomach. My stomach is swelling and I can't touch the rib area anymore. It hurts/aches right through to my back.

I get pains (aching to sharp shooting/stabbing pains) at top right breast - feels like there is pressure when I breathe in - (only on right).
I feel swollen outside/inside (especially during menstruation) from shoulder to hip . Right shoulder is swollen and has some limited movement. Feel like my arm is losing circulation when in some positions. Right shoulder circumference is 3.5cm bigger than the left.

Can implants cause these effects?
Is something else going on?
Please help - I can't place my right arm against my side,  Can't sleep without pillows supporting breast/arm all the time,
I'm worried something else is going on. My DR won't look at any other reason but implants.

This complicated and unusual problem needs to be evaluated also by a primary care physician or internist.  There may be more issues involved than just the implants, which probably should be explanted.
