Will I need cosmetic surgery to rectify lip op?

I had a minor salivary gland removed 11 days ago. When I went to primary consult I was told there'd be a small incision INSIDE my lip and there'd be no change to my appearance. I came out of the procedure, got home and discovered she'd cut it out via the FRONT of my lip.

Now The swelling has gone down it is clear that there is a feankenstine style scar on my lip with flaps of skin. There is a pit in the front of my lip and then a bump next to it that sticks out. My lip is now thinner O
Now the swellings gone done, there is an inch long feankenstine style incisi

At 11 days pot surgery, it is far too early to consider any effective treatment modality for your lip.  Depending on the ultimate outcome of your surgery (which may take four to six months for scar maturation, your options range from scar revision to selective fat grafting.  Your condition obviously needs to be discussed with your treating surgeon.

Sorry posted before complete.

My lip is now noticeably thinner on this side and lopsided.

The stiches are still not dissolved.

What can I do to even my liP - pit and bump, and will liP fill out?
