axillary breast tissue

can u tell me why there is breast tissue under my arms? can this be removed so that my underclothes and clothing fit better? what is the procedure in terms of the time for surgery and recovery. is there anywhere in north wales i can go to to get this done. this has proven to be a traumatic experience  in my life because i always have to look for clothing to hide/ not show up that extra flesh that hangs on my sides like wings.upon removal of this. .upon removal would it grow back if my normal breast was to put on size? or if im pregnant?

Axillary breast tissue is a common condition.  It result from growth of breast tissue along the congenital "milk line" that is universal in humans and animals.  Treatment includes liposuction alone or in combination with surgical excision.  Once removed, the tissue will not return.  Seek the help of a local plastic surgeon.
