bad rhinoplasty

i had a nose job in november 2006 but it had very bad results as i had a very unsymmetrical nose after the surgery then i went in for revision rhinoplasty in 2008 january now my nose is really better but stil it is unsymmetrical . the problem is that the left side of my nose at the tip is slightly protruding than the right hand side .. right now i m waiting for the nose to properly heel for another 6 months to an year.. but just in case this problem still persists after that time is there any way this left side of my tip can be made symmetrical with the right hand side.. if yes how

For complex tip asymmetry, most surgeons will perform an open rhinoplasty, exposing the tip cartilages to allow for adjustment of shape, position and size.  Even so, there is still some risk that the healing process will not will produce complete symmetry.  Discuss this with your surgeon.
