beer belly lipo or tummy tuck

I have put on weight due to inability to exercise and drinking beer/good appetite in the past (well I still do drink but not as much lol)

I guess I have put on 2 stone in weight and I;m currently 226pounds or 103KG. I'm a 37 waist whereas I used to be a 34 and 12.5 stone or about 95Kg. It went down for a while ehrn I was abroad and not eating much due to tasteless food but since Ive been home Ive been out on the curries and brew again and put the 3 or 4 pounds I lost back on. So, what's best, a lipo or tummy tuck for medium sized beer bellies?

Beer bellies are most often the result of intra-abdominal fat (fat within the abdominal cavity where the organs are located).  This fat is not amenable to either liposuction or reduction with a tummy tuck.  Sorry, but if my diagnosis is correct, then weight loss is your only option.  To confirm my impression, see your primary physician or a plastic surgeon.
