big head and flat back head

i am 24years old and was wondering if there were still options for me to correct the shape of my head;
it seems to be wider on the sides like a melon and flat on the back.
if so, where can i find such doctors?
I really need to correct this seriously cause it has caused me serious mental distress from the ridicule of my friends and everyone around me.
